WCPR / CAREERS

Your information.

Notice version: 2026-11-05

Who receives it

La Crescenta Roofing Inc., doing business as West Coast Precision Roofing (WCPR), 2517 Honolulu Ave, Montrose, CA 91020. This is our notice at collection for people applying for sales roles in California.

What you share

Name, email, phone, preferred language, city and region, career interest, sales experience, whether you have sold roofing or home improvement, your HIS registration status (and number if you choose to give it), whether you have a driver’s license and a vehicle (yes or no), availability and start date, languages you speak, a LinkedIn or résumé link, a PDF or DOCX résumé if you upload one, and anything you choose to tell us. Business inquiries are stored separately and are never part of hiring.

We do not ask for or store your Social Security number, date of birth, identity documents, banking details, medical information, or authorization for a background check. Please don’t include them.

How we use it

To review your interest, contact you about your application (confirmation, interview and decision emails, in your language) and, if you are hired, set up your WCPR work accounts. We do not sell or share your information for advertising, and there is no marketing signup.

How it is stored

Your answers are saved in WCPR’s private system as you go. This browser keeps only a code to continue your application (in local storage); clearing this site’s data removes it. Résumés are kept in private storage with no public links and are opened only by authorized office staff; every download is logged.

How long we keep it

Drafts that are never submitted are deleted after 90 days. Applications that don’t end in a hire (including withdrawn and closed ones) and business inquiries are deleted 4 years after their last change, with their files. If you are hired, your application becomes part of your employment record.

Your choices

You can withdraw your application at any time from this page. To ask what information we hold, correct it, or request deletion, email office@wcpr.pro.
